Edward Powell Pump & Well Drilling has been servicing my home 40 years. A great company, and great service, they always have your back . I was extremely pleased with the service performed by Zach and Shane. As a team they came ready and willing to work on solving my water issue. Turned out I had a leak down the well, and I a new pump was installed. It was a big job and a long day of hard work. But it didn’t matter to them. They were determined to get the job done with a smile. I appreciated the effort they put in. They were extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. All concerns and questions were answered and explained clearly. Great Job Guys! 

Powell has provided nothing short of amazing service. We had our well replaced in April. Old well was underneath an existing deck, old and too close to our house. It required coordination with our contractor to remove the deck, drill a new well, excavate and cap the old well, and get all new equipment up and running. We were only without water for 1 day for about 7 hours, which was while we were at work, so no disruption. Every single employee we dealt with was polite, professional and kind. Steve was our main contact and he was very easy to get in touch with and super responsive. Prior to this, we had Powell service our equipment. They took the time to educate us each time and explain everything. Bonus when we first moved into our home, they came for FREE to teach us about our well equipment. Can't recommend them enough.

Edward Powell is second to none. They do great work and are very communicative - from the owners to the guys that are onsite at your home. My well was a bit challenging and they made it easy and stress free. What is really telling, is that they identified a potential issue that I would never have been aware, or known of, and spent a day “double checking” to ensure the job was done perfectly. Highly recommend.

There are not enough words to show how thankful and happy I am with Powell. I called them out of pure desperation after another company took full advantage and scammed us. We were without water for over 2 WEEKS. Nathan came out next day after I called and immediately assessed the damage and found the issue. His team was incredible. Everyone was polite and amazing to deal with. They fixed the pump within 6 hours. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you so much! Honest, polite and great at what they do!!!
